After-Hours Salon Access Agreement
By proceeding and using the salon facilities outside of standard operating hours, you acknowledge that access is a privilege subject to the full After Hours Grooming Salon Use Policy and agree to the following key terms:
- Prior Approval Required: You must have management approval before bringing a dog into the salon. Access must not disrupt normal business operations or client hours.
- Constant Supervision: Dogs must be supervised at all times, never left unattended, and kept strictly within the salon area (no entering the daycare or restricted zones).
- Equipment Rules: Only FurBaby staff may operate salon equipment. No equipment is to leave the premises under any circumstances, and any damage must be reported immediately.
- Cleanliness: You must leave the salon in a completely clean, hygienic condition and complete all required cleaning and logging procedures immediately after use.
- Visitors & Liability: Any non-staff guests are your full responsibility. You assume all risks and agree that FurBaby is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to people, pets, or property during after-hours use. Non-staff must sign their own waiver.
Failure to comply with these terms or staff directions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent loss of your after-hours salon access privileges and may impact your employment. After-hours salon access is a privilege, not a right – please treat it as such.
