After-Hours Salon Use Waiver & Agreement

By accessing and using the FurBaby Groom & Pamper salon facilities outside of standard operating hours, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that the use of grooming equipment and salon facilities involves inherent risks to both people and animals. I accept full responsibility for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur to myself, my dog(s), or any person accompanying me while using the facilities.
2. Release of Liability
   I agree that FurBaby Groom & Pamper / FurBaby Doggy Daycare, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident that occurs during or as a result of after-hours salon use. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries to dogs, people, or damage to personal property.
3. Responsibility for Dogs & Visitors
   I agree that:

• All dogs brought onto the premises will be supervised at all times
• No dog will be left unattended in the salon
• Dogs will remain within the salon area and will not enter daycare or other restricted areas
• Any non-staff visitors accompanying me are my full responsibility and must comply with this waiver

4. Equipment Use & Restrictions
   I acknowledge that:

• Only FurBaby staff are permitted to operate salon equipment
• All equipment must be used correctly and treated with care
• No equipment is to be removed from the premises under any circumstances
• Any damage, breakage, or maintenance issues will be reported immediately

5. Cleanliness & Facility Care
   I agree to leave the salon in a clean and hygienic condition, consistent with FurBaby’s professional standards. This includes completing any required cleaning and logging procedures after use.
6. Approval & Access Conditions
   I understand that:

• Prior approval must be obtained before using the salon facilities
• Use of the salon is a privilege and may be revoked at any time
• Access must not interfere with business operations, paying clients, or staff duties

7. Compliance
   I agree to follow all FurBaby policies, procedures, and staff directions while on the premises. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent loss of salon access privileges.
