Rates are a guide only and may change — please make certain you’ve read and understood our Terms of Service. We offer a premium grooming service. Our prices include, equipment maintenance, management, disinfection processes, reflect our experience in grooming in a stress free environment and bespoke fashion clips, and our investment in continuing education, business memberships and insurance.
Dogs attending daycare on the same day as their groom receive a 10% discount on grooming services.

Restyling Surcharge
Dogs booked for a Signature Style or Elite Premium Groom more than 6 weeks apart incur a $30 restyle fee, as extra time and skill is needed to re-establish shape and finish.

Matted / Compacted Coat Fee
A minimum fee of $30 applies for matting or compacted coats, with further charges based on coat condition and the additional time and care required for removal and comfort.
Perfect for tidy-ups between full grooms. Includes a soothing shampoo & conditioning bath, blow-dry, nail trim and a light trim around the eyes, feet and hygiene areas to keep your dog neat and fresh without a full haircut.

Ideal for refreshes between grooms. Includes shampoo, conditioning treatment, a gentle blow-dry and light brush-out to keep the coat clean and manageable. Not suitable for double-coated breeds, these dogs will be directed to our De-Shedding Treatment for coat safety.

For puppies confident with grooming and ready for a full groom. Includes bath, blow dry, brushing, nails, hygiene tidy, paw trim, and a light all-over clip or scissor finish. Extra time is taken to ensure trust, comfort, and a smooth transition into regular grooming.

Why does the price vary by size and coat?
Larger dogs and thicker, longer or curlier coats take more time and product to groom well, so the final price is confirmed after a quick coat assessment
at drop-off.
What’s included in a groom?
It depends on the service, but a full groom usually includes a bath, blow dry, brush-out, clip or scissor finish, nail trim, ear clean and a hygiene tidy.
Is there an extra charge for matted coats?
Yes, a matting fee applies. Matted coats take longer and, for the dog’s welfare, are carefully clipped rather than brushed out. See our matted dog
