I have read and understood FurBaby Dog Daycare's payment procedure and conditions, outlined at: http://furbabycafe.com.au/daycare-rates/Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement*FurBaby Puppy Program – Terms and Conditions Effective from: 7th April 2025 By enrolling your puppy in the FurBaby Puppy Program (operated under Shari Lovreta Fiorentino as trustee for Shari Investment Trust, ABN [insert ABN]), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Puppy Program includes participation in both FurBaby Dog Daycare and Groom & Pamper services. These Terms are designed to ensure the wellbeing, safety, and enjoyment of all participating puppies. Please review carefully and check periodically for updates. Eligibility & Requirements Puppies must be under 6 months of age at the time of enrolment. All puppies must have up-to-date C5 vaccinations, flea and worming treatment. Puppies must not be in heat or showing signs of illness or contagious disease. Owners must disclose any known behavioural or medical conditions prior to participation. Health & Safety FurBaby reserves the right to refuse entry to any puppy that appears unwell, aggressive, or overly anxious. All injuries or health concerns that arise during the program will be reported to the owner immediately. Where necessary, FurBaby may seek veterinary care at the owner's expense. Grooming Procedures The Puppy Program includes grooming desensitisation, which may include: nail trimming, paw handling, brushing, bath and blow-dry introduction, and a maintenance trim where applicable. Puppies with severe matting may require a full clip. Groomers will act in the best interest of the animal’s welfare and comfort. Grooming appointments may be shortened or modified at the groomer's discretion for puppies displaying extreme fear, anxiety or aggression. Fees remain payable in full. Daycare Participation Puppies must attend on their allocated program days. Repeated absences may affect progression and socialisation goals. FurBaby staff will supervise all play and intervene when necessary to maintain safety. Rough play, mounting, or excessive barking will be managed appropriately. Puppies are grouped based on temperament and size to ensure positive social experiences. Behaviour & Training This program supports positive reinforcement and encourages calm behaviour around other dogs and humans. FurBaby Staff may provide advice on managing anxiety, confidence-building, and home grooming routines. Aggressive behaviour or persistent issues may result in removal from the program. Late Pickups & Fees Your dog will be booked for the agreed day(s). Changes must be submitted via FurBaby’s DMS software system and will only be accepted upon written confirmation. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. No-shows or late cancellations will result in full fees being charged without refund. Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within 7 days, subject to availability. If notice of travel is given one week in advance, your account may be temporarily frozen for absences of more than one week. Early drop-offs (before 6:30am) incur a surcharge and must be arranged in advance. Late pickups (after 6:00pm) incur a surcharge every 15 minutes or part thereof, automatically deducted via your nominated payment method. Puppies left beyond business hours may be transferred to after-hours care at the owner's expense. Injured Dog Policy You understand and accept all risks associated with dog daycare & grooming, including injury, illness, and behavioural incidents. FurBaby takes all reasonable care in the handling of dogs but is not liable for loss, injury, illness, or death of your dog, unless caused by negligence as defined under Australian Consumer Law. To the full extent permitted by law, FurBaby’s liability is limited to: (a) In the case of goods: replacement, repair, or reimbursement; (b) In the case of services: re-supply or reimbursement of service costs. The use of grooming tools and group play involves inherent risk. While all care is taken, minor injuries may occur. In the event of injury, FurBaby will notify the owner and seek veterinary care if necessary. All related costs are the owner's responsibility. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) FurBaby may cancel or reschedule appointments without notice if required due to OHS concerns (e.g., staff illness, environmental hazards). Clients are not permitted inside the grooming or daycare areas but may view dogs through designated observation windows. Payment Payment is due by the first day of the program via EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or cash. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club, cheques, or money orders. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of each week unless otherwise agreed in writing. Media & Privacy Photos or videos may be taken during your puppy’s participation for promotional purposes. Please notify us if you do not wish your dog to be featured. All personal information is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
