First, let your puppy understand how to go through a door. Use a door like a slide to make your puppy to stand up and walk through the door. When your puppy is ready, show your puppy the door and let your puppy go through it.
Second, train your puppy to walk on a leash. Put some harness on your puppy and make him walk on the leash. This will teach your puppy to walk on a leash in a safe environment and not cause any harm to other people. Be very careful that your puppy does not harm other people when doing this.
