FurBaby Cafe is available for hire, to host your own exclusive event anytime outside our normal business hours. It is the perfect venue for parties, product launches, fundraisers, corporate events, workshops, AGMs and many many more events. Below is some basic information of what we can offer. Please feel free to contact us directly, as we are happy to arrange an exclusive event for you that meets all your requirements.
VID Area Hire (During Opening Hours)
– Available for a limited time only Oct-Nov 2018
– Ideal for Christmas Parties and/or exclusive events
– Exclusive use of our VID Area costs $25 per hour
– As normal, no food is allowed in the VID Area. However, our friendly staff will be able to arrange a package for you which includes time for eating and playing in our VID Area. This can include catering options, as outlined below, or; your guests can order their own food at the Cafe. Your guests can either pay individually, or we can hold an event tab for you. The opportunities are endless. Talk to us about we can organise the pawfect pawty for you and your furbaby!
Venue Hire (Outside FurBaby’s Operating Hours)
– For exclusive use of FurBaby, it costs $150 (this includes 2 hours of with a FurBaby staff member). Then, $75 per hour after.
– If you require coffee service (allowing people to order hot drinks from our barista), this is available for $25 per hour required.
– If you require additional FurBaby staff to be in attendance, this can be arranged for $30 per staff per hour required.
– We have the following platter options:
. – Chips, wedges, sour cream / sweet chilli sauce – $20
. – Party pies, sausage rolls, spring rolls and samosas – $50
. – Sandwich platter (Assorted or Vegetarian) – $40
. – Cheese and fruit platter, served with crackers – $45
. – Antipasto platter, cold meats, cheeses, etc – $50
– Or, if you are happy for us to organise the menu, we can supply a grazing option at $16 per person.
– We are able to cater for any dietary requirements requested.
– With our in house Chef and kitchen team, there is nothing we can’t do. If you have something specific in mind feel free to talk to us and we can certainly arrange whatever catering package you require.
– All catering requirements need to be confirmed 7 days before the event
– We can organise a barista to be available, so hot drinks can be ordered during the event. This costs $25 per hour that a barista is required.
– We have a wide variety of cold drinks available for purchase in store.
– And, you are welcome to BYO your own alcohol at a $1.50 glassage fee per person drinking.
– Due to the fact that we are a Café, and held to the high standards of the health department, you are NOT permitted to bring your own food to the venue.
– Whilst you are not able to bring other food to the premises, you are welcome to bring alcohol, there is a glassage fee of $1.50 for every person drinking alcohol.
– Cakes, are the exception to the rule. You are welcome to BYO cake, for dogs or humans, there is a cakeage fee of $5.00 for each cake.
Room Set-Up & Furbaby Attendance
– We can set-up the seating and tables as per your requirements.
– You’re welcome to invite furbabies to attend your event. As it is an exclusive event, it is up to you if you wish for dogs on be on or off lead.
– If you require your event to be styled, we can happily arrange that too for a fee.
– Clean up after the event is included in your event hire charge.
– A 25% deposit is required at a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
– During the event, your guests can pay for their own consumption OR we can organise an event charge for payment of all food and drink consumption to be finalised at the end of the event.
